We provide physiotherapy services for eligible DVA Gold and White Card holders. Whether you’re managing chronic pain, recovering from surgery or dealing with an ongoing injury, our team works with you to improve movement, build strength and maintain your quality of life.

Our approach combines hands-on physiotherapy, exercise rehabilitation and practical strategies to help you manage your condition and stay active.

Our Townsville physiotherapy clinic is located in Condon, with access to private treatment rooms and a large, fully equipped rehabilitation gym.

We also offer physiotherapy home visits across Townsville for clients who have difficulty attending the clinic, as well as hydrotherapy when clinically appropriate. DVA funding for individual services is subject to eligibility and applicable requirements.

Our physiotherapists can assist with a wide range of conditions, including:

• Back, neck and joint pain

• Chronic pain and arthritis

• Shoulder, hip and knee injuries

• Post-operative rehabilitation

• Strength, balance and mobility difficulties

• Neurological conditions and rehabilitation

• Injury prevention and exercise rehabilitation

Treatment is tailored to your individual condition, abilities and goals.

Eligible DVA Gold Card holders can access clinically necessary physiotherapy for covered health conditions. DVA White Card holders may access physiotherapy for their accepted conditions.

A valid referral is generally required, usually from your GP. Initial referrals may also be provided by a medical specialist or hospital clinician.

Eligible DVA-funded physiotherapy appointments are billed directly to DVA, with no out-of-pocket gap for approved treatment.
